Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 25, 2026
Binary Software ("we", "us", or "our") developed Hindi Kids Alphabet Learning (the "App") as a free educational application for children. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. The App is designed for children from approximately 1 to 12 years of age, including toddlers, preschool, nursery, LKG, UKG, and young school-age learners. We respect the privacy of children and their families and have designed the App so that users do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use its core learning features. By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require users to create an account, log in, create a profile, or provide personal information in order to use its learning activities. The App does not include user registration, login forms, user profiles, chat, messaging, comments, public profiles, or other features that require children to submit personal information. We do not intentionally collect a child's name, home address, telephone number, email address, contacts, photographs, precise location, or similar personal information through the App.
2. Learning Progress and Game Scores
The App may store learning progress, game scores, and related app preferences locally on the user's device using Android local storage. This information is used only to provide the relevant app functionality. It is not uploaded by Binary Software to our own server, and we do not maintain a personal profile or cloud account for the user. Local information may remain on the device until the App data is cleared, the stored information is otherwise deleted, or the App is uninstalled.
3. Internet Connection and Online Content
Many of the App's educational activities can be used without an internet connection. However, some content, including certain poem, story, and coloring resources, is retrieved from online sources and may require an internet connection. The App may make network requests to retrieve educational content, images, audio, or related resources. These requests are made to external servers used to provide the relevant educational content. The App does not intentionally send a child's name, email address, home address, telephone number, precise location, or other directly identifying personal information as part of these content requests. Because content is retrieved from external servers, the relevant service provider may receive standard technical information associated with an internet request, such as an IP address, as part of normal network communication.
4. Third-Party Content Services
The App retrieves certain educational resources from online services, including content hosted through GitHub. The App may request poem, story, and coloring information or related media from online content repositories operated through GitHub. These services are used to provide educational content and are not used by Binary Software to create user accounts or personal profiles. Third-party services may process technical information associated with requests according to their own privacy policies and terms. For more information, please review the GitHub Privacy Statement at https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-privacy-statement.
5. Advertising
The current version of Hindi Kids Alphabet Learning does not display advertisements. The App does not currently use Google AdMob or another advertising SDK to display ads. If advertising or another service involving user data is added in a future version, we will review our data practices and update this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play disclosures as required.
6. Analytics
The current version of the App does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Facebook Analytics, AppLovin Analytics, or another dedicated analytics service to track users. We do not operate a personal user-tracking or profiling system for the App.
7. Email Feedback and Support
The App may allow a parent, guardian, or user to contact us by email for feedback, questions, bug reports, feature requests, copyright concerns, or other support. When a user chooses to contact us, the App may open the user's installed email application. The email is sent only if the user chooses to send it. If you voluntarily send us an email, we may receive your email address and the contents of the message, together with any screenshots or attachments that you choose to include. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, investigate reported issues, consider feature requests, and improve the App. We do not intentionally ask children to provide personal information through email. Parents and guardians are encouraged to contact us on behalf of children whenever possible.
8. Children's Privacy
Hindi Kids Alphabet Learning is specifically designed for children, including children between 1 and 12 years of age. We do not knowingly require children to provide personal information in order to use the App's core learning features. The App does not require account creation, login, registration, or a personal profile. The App does not intentionally collect a child's name, address, telephone number, email address, contacts, photographs, precise location, or similar personal information through its core features. Learning progress and game scores are stored locally on the device and are not used by Binary Software to create a personal profile. Because the App includes children in its target audience, we follow applicable Google Play Families requirements concerning children's privacy and data practices. Google Play requires developers to accurately disclose data collection and sharing, including data handled through APIs and SDKs used by an app. For more information, please review Google's Families Policy at https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/9893335.
9. Third-Party Software Libraries
The App uses third-party software libraries to provide functionality such as animations, drawing, image loading, networking, layouts, and Android application functionality. These libraries include Lottie, Signature Pad, Retrofit, Gson, Glide, Flexbox, and AndroidX components. The use of these libraries does not by itself mean that Binary Software collects personal information. Any information that may be processed as part of a network request is handled as described in this Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by the relevant third-party service according to its own privacy policy.
10. Data Sharing
Binary Software does not sell, rent, or trade children's personal information. We do not maintain a database of children's personal information. Information stored locally by the App, such as learning progress and game scores, is not uploaded to our servers by the App. When the App retrieves online educational content, the relevant network service may receive technical information necessary to process the request, such as the requesting device's IP address. This is a normal part of internet communication and is controlled by the relevant network service. Information voluntarily sent to us by email is shared with us only because the user chooses to initiate that communication.
11. Data Retention and Deletion
Binary Software does not maintain user accounts or a cloud-based personal-information database for the App. Learning progress and game scores stored locally on the device remain there until the user deletes the App's stored data, uninstalls the App, or otherwise removes the information from the device. If a user voluntarily contacts us by email, we may retain the information in that communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, investigate a problem, consider a feature request, or improve the App. Any information handled by third-party services is subject to those services' own retention practices and policies.
12. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App. Local learning progress and scores are stored on the user's device. Network communications used to retrieve educational content are transmitted through internet services using the security mechanisms provided by the applicable network protocols and service providers. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Third-Party Websites and External Links
The App may contain links or buttons that open external pages, including our Privacy Policy page, Google Play pages for rating or reviewing the App, and Google Play pages related to App updates. When a user follows an external link, they leave the App and interact with the third-party service. We do not control the privacy practices of those external services. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party website or service before using it.
14. Content and Copyright Notice
Some educational content used in the App may have been collected from publicly available sources for educational purposes. If you believe that any content in the App requires attribution, correction, removal, or otherwise raises a copyright or content concern, please contact us at app.binarysoftwareltd@gmail.com. We will review legitimate concerns and take appropriate action where necessary.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our data practices, third-party services, or applicable laws and platform requirements. When this Privacy Policy is updated, we will change the Effective Date shown at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage parents, guardians, and users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
16. Contact Us
If you have any questions, privacy concerns, suggestions, feature requests, copyright concerns, or other questions about Hindi Kids Alphabet Learning, please contact us.
